What is Urban Wildlife?
The diverse array of non-domesticated species we encounter in parks, lakes, fields, roads, gardens, city structures, neighboring forests, and the untamed fringes of the city are all wild animals living among us. From the little birds on our balconies and squirrels in our trees to the kites in our markets and snakes in our backyards, they are all part of our urban wilderness.
