Words of encouragement, from those who've seen what we do.

Pleased to see the rescue activities of PFA. Hearty congratulations. The organisation needs more support by way of funds to continue & upscale the activities. Hopefully Industries/corporates would come forward under CSR. The knowledge centre is an excellent area which is creating awareness among children.

I was very fond of wildlife and I visited PFA with my father in Dec. 2014. Till then I just saw wildlife in zoos and national parks. I saw a different view of wildlife in PFA. First time I touched a Squirrel and was allowed to feed it. That was the beginning of my journey with PFA. I learnt a lot from Dr. Karthik and all the Rescuers. They said I was the youngest Volunteer of PFA. I eagerly wait for weekends and holidays, so that I can visit PFA and volunteer in all the activities at the shelter. Do you love animals? If yes, then come and join me!!!

It was a great experience visiting PfA after a long time. We had come to visit our pet Rocky Shetty grave. We were going around the shelter to see the animals in care and came across the Macaques in the Lifetime Care enclosure. Nia, our daughter loved the Monkeys and wanted to adopt them. We feel satisfied to have sponsored for their care in PfA. Nia loves Taj and Maruthi! We will continue to support PFA commendable efforts in rescuing wild animals and providing them shelter

Being a part PFA has been a wonderful and once in a lifetime experience for me. We humans as a race have done wonderful things for making our lives easier, but in the process have totally ruined habitats and lives of wildlife amd the silly part is we never realize that without wildlife our survival is impossible. PFA does, and they do it not because they have to. They do because they want to. I see them involved personally in making a world a bit more balanced, a place which hears the cries of animals which are not able to cry for help. I have witnessed them, treating animals who are victim of accidents, dislocations, or simply human abuse. I thank pfa for making me realize that I need to do something for them. I thank PFA for giving me a chance to undo a little bit of damage that we have done to this world

Out in the woods far away from the hustle and bustle of Bangalore city nestles People for Animals – a rescue and rehabilitation facility for urban wildlife. The first emotion I felt while entering the premises was of serene calmness. My affection for nature and animals soon took over and I felt at home even before we could start the activities. Tender compassion and selfless devotion towards animal welfare of the people working there brought me satisfaction to know such people do exist. I was fortunate to meet them, hear them, understand them and hopefully imbibe some benevolence for life other than humans. The activities were fun and engaging, especially with animals in proximity. Learning how to interact with urban wildlife and what to do if confronted with these animals was an add on. I would love to do it again, and again
